Absorbed January 2018 after a 24 month internship to obtain his National Diploma in Civil Engineering. With all the experience as a Construction Manager at Nejeni, Ipeleng has since been offered an exciting position with a reputable Consulting Engineer and left the Nejeni nest.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Internship Programme
Initiated in 2015 with only 3 Interns, the Internship Programme at Nejeni has been vastly successful. With a focus on Civil Engineering students, Nejeni can expose these young individuals to various branches of the civil engineering environment. Exposure is operational and with regards to contracts administration and management, Project Management and Quantity Surveying. Nejeni holds education and skills development in high regard and would like to participate in developing the Engineers and Leaders of tomorrow.

Ipeleng Tau
Grant Green
Absorbed in December 2017 after a 12 month internship whilst completing his National Diploma. Grant is currently a Construction Manager specialising in trenchless rehabilitation, a specialised pipeline replacement method and construction of pressure pipeline networks. Grant is also currently busy with his BTech: Civil Engineering.
Tarryn du Plessis
Absorbed in November 2019 after a 18 month internship for completion of her National Diploma. Tarryn has been permanently appointed as a Construction Manager versed in multiple scopes of work within the civil engineering field. She is also Nejeni’s first female Construction Manager.
Daniel Klaaste
Absorbed in November 2020, Daniel had completed a 24 month internship at Nejeni to obtain his National Diploma. Daniel has been permanently appointed as a Construction Manager and has been groomed in trenchless rehabilitation, a specialised pipeline replacement method. Daniel is also experienced on maintenance and open trench pipeline construction.
Raymondo Joseph
Absorbed in 2021 after completing a 24 month internship to obtain his National Diploma. Raymondo has been permanently appointed as a Construction Manager and is excelling in his role in emergency maintenance of pipelines.
Nicole Johannes
Absorbed January 2018 after an 18 month internship to obtain her National Diploma in Civil Engineering. Nicole has been absorbed within the group as a Site Clerk assigned to basic services installations.
